The challenge

Build a measurable communications plan that delivers the three-year business strategy to the market through key business pillars: operations, sales and communications, people and culture and leading technology.

With a new leader at the helm and a need to reposition the business, the Capitol Health board needed a business strategy with a strong focus on values-based communications.

As there were no internal marketing or communications resources, the executive team needed a partner to develop a strategic plan, implement and measure it, and report on performance.

The approach
