Developed a custom, dynamic reporting dashboard and a suite of multi-language COVID-19 communications materials.

The challenge

A strategic response to urgent COVID-19 community health needs; multi-channel performance reporting

Of-the-minute responsiveness and reporting were essential for the cohealth COVID-19 Community Engagement team, who were leading the community health response in Melbourne’s high-risk and CALD communities.

Internal resources could not meet the rapidly changing and specialised communications needs – for example, animated videos in multiple languages, online community training sessions and downloadable resources. Nor was the team set up to gather clean data, analyse it and swiftly report performance to the Victorian Health Department.

The approach

We recommended a Run Raven Support Pack as the scope of work was undefined and cohealth had multiple layered and changing requirements due to the evolving COVID-19 situation.

Team workshops focused leadership and teams toward the same goals and outcomes

Daily 15-minute stand ups helped the team align on the day’s action items

Cross-team reporting requirements were gathered and data management processes were analysed

Communication channels and needs were determined; a plan to develop the materials followed

Common vaccination questions and concerns were identified and we developed targeted materials (animated videos, live talent, flyers, and WhatsApp content) to address them
