The challenge

With increased shelf presence across major retailers in Australia, Made by Cow needed to drive awareness and trial in new customer segments.

Customer research indicated that the nutritional profile of this unique product was highly valued, but not always understood. The milk aisle was presenting an increased number of competitors, and Made by Cow needed to stand out.

The approach


Review new customer research and develop core value propositions


Develop multi-channel advertising and creative strategy, using new customer intelligence and our experience from managing previous Made by Cow campaigns (since 2018)


Deploy specialised creative team (illustrator, animator, videographer, designer, copywriter) to develop campaign assets for all channels: social, animated display, search and YouTube, website and influencers


Audit and update front- and back-end SEO to support new campaign tagline and key messages


Run Google Ads, YouTube, display advertising, and Facebook / Instagram campaigns targeting existing and new look-alike audiences, optimising almost daily to hone performance


Deliver performance report to client and board, showcasing outstanding results including increased awareness (through display and social) and engagement (through social, search and YouTube)
